rasgen - random ASCII string generator

Rasgen generates a random ASCII string of the specified length and
writes it to the standard output.  The specified length may be a
value between 1 and 94, inclusive.

Build and install the rasgen binary and manual page
by doing the following.

	% make
	# make install
